EP 7: Pave Your Unique Path From Purpose & Impact With Lena Rakijian

Lena Rakijian, a leader and change-maker in the San Diego community, has unlocked her potential through her superpower to trust and listen to her intuition. With immense personal determination, she turned her passion for wellness into action by founding Verve Studios - a local chain of indoor/outdoor cycling studios in San Diego. Along with being a Registered Dietician and group fitness trainer, Lena specializes in cycling, yoga and mat pilates.

Lena is driven by her mission to make a positive impact on the health and wellbeing of those who sweat alongside her through the power of connection, music, and movement. Being an advocate of the concept that physical activity helps promote mental, physical and emotional wellbeing, Lena's passion has spread amongst countless individuals who can experience life’s transformation with each pedal stroke.

This year marks the four year anniversary of Lena's successful and thriving business ownership. In that short amount of time, she has truly made her mark in terms of mission, vision, impact and most notably, her connection with her community at large.
